In The Cows Pasture

In the past we have written about Tampa’s Crazy Billionaire, Gary. In his late 40’s Gary realized he was gay. Much to the displeasure of his wife and family. He actually had $20,000 (in cash) per week as his fun money allowance. He was an entrepreneur and scientist.

 He did crazy fun things like… walking into a club and ordering every beer in the beer cooler. Have the bartenders then open all the beers and put the beers on the bars. Gary would then yell, “Beers on me guys!!!”

He would often fly off with newly met friends to Key West or fly with his executive jet account out to Las Vegas for a few days. He picked up the total tab staying at high end hotels like Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace, numerous times. We knew if we went we couldn’t make it back to open up the store.

For Carrie’s 50th Surprise Birthday Party, Mark organized a huge fancy party bus to take everybody from Metro in Tampa to Pleasure Island in downtown Disney.  Gary showed up at the bus with a case of 1999 Dom Perignom Champagne! Oh yes, it was very tasty!!!

 After about an hours partying at Disney’s party park, Gary hooked up with a cute guy. He called his private limo to come and pick them up at Disney & take them back home. On the way back Gary decided to show off some of his 1000’s of acres of land and showing off some of his prized horses and imported Texas cattle herd right off of I-4. The limo got stuck driving across the rutted field in a cow pasture. No problem to Gary, he called his ranch manager at 12:30 am and had the ranch manager drive them the rest of the way back.
