Florida Election Time, Our VOTE Suggestions
The fall primary of candidates and election of judges is going on present for voters who requested mail in ballots. This is the Primary Election for many state, local county, Board of Education and also the important election of judges in our district.
Early balloting or absentee ballots are available thru the Supervisor of Elections. Primary Election Day is Tuesday, August 26th.
First thing to do before going to the polls is to have ready a picture ID with your signature on the ID before receiving your ballot. ID’s include Florida drivers license, Florida ID, passport, etc. Florida has a closed primary meaning you have to be affiliated with a political party to vote in that parties primary.
Each election we try to help give our readers our endorsement for candidates running for public office.

You Can Not Make this Up.
I was bartending at a Gay bar in St. Petersburg called “Ding-a-Lings”. YES, that was really the name of the bar located on Central Ave.. It was a small former straight strip club. In the center of the room the all shiny slick stripper pole was still there.
One day in walked 2 young straight couples. They were drinking and making out. A regular friendly party I would say. Putting on quite the show. Then in walked 2 young Smoking HOT Gay Guys. The Gay guys were dancing and started to play and swing with the stripper pole. The next thing you know there are the 2 straight guys competing with the 2 Gay guys who could work the chromed shiny pole, the best!
After a couple more drinks the 4 guys left together leaving the 2 girls behind. I walked up to them and asked where their dates went to. They smiled and said, “They always leave us in this bar.”
I just smiled and thought to myself, “These poor girls really have no idea their boyfriends are GAY!!!” LOL
