Several years ago our friend Rich was working in a Gay Bar. It was New Year’s Eve and he had ordered  a tank of compressed air to blow up the balloons for a balloon drop at midnight. There were a couple of new bar backs working that night. Rich asked them to fill the balloons for the drop. When he came back alter the bag was full of balloons. Rich asked how did it go? The guys said it was tricky getting all the balloons into the netting bag, but they did it. Midnight came and…… they pulled the string to release the balloons and all the balloons went up not down. The company had delivered a tank of helium instead of plain compress air!!! Rich yelled everybody grab  a pool stick and pop the balloons!!!
