Any Ideas what this is? This is in the http://www.nohoflats.com that was built on Cass Ave in N Hyde Park. It looks like they are building only one side much like a Hollywood set. The back side had no walls??? When we asked this question on facebook our friends said “It looks like a mock up or sample in construction building.”
