What is up with Russian President Putin declaring war on Russia’s LGBT community? For being openly who you are, displaying or being assumed to be gay is a 14 days mandatory trip to a Russian jail for any and all foreign visitors or tourists! According to Russia’s Sports Minister, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) athletes will be “held accountable” to Russia’s anti-LGBT law. What is the next step?
There is a call to internationally start a boycott on Russian Vodkas & the upcoming Winter Olympics too. We have traveled to Russia. The people there were friendly and very fair. We are sure the majority of the country are not homophobics. There is an old saying in the LGBT community. The people who talk about GLBT community & are the most are homophobic & yell the loudest are probably gay themselves.
Maybe it’s time for Putin to come out of the closet!!!

New summer lunch brunch menu at Laughing Cat Restaurant. More summer salads and new Italian fare entrees Tues thru Friday. All at a great $10.95. Many people are asking who is the tougher competitive outspoken CHEF? Hell’s Kitchen Chef Gordon Ramsay or Ybor’s Chef Franco from Laughing Cat? The Roosevelt on 15th Street still has their Tuesday Night “Twilight Market” this summer with a wide variety of craft, food and produce vendors. The market goes from 5 – 10pm. This past weekend hit was Sunday Brunch at Carne’s Chop House with a specially authentic Spanish prepared dish, the Famous Frank G. Paella! The lines were long. GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network) is having a night of charity BINGO playing, Wed, 7 pm at Hamburger Mary’s. A new GLBT Welcome Center is opening in the Grand Central District in St. Petersburg. It will be run by Metro Wellness & Community Centers. The new gay info center is a house that is being moved to location next to the Metro Wellness Thrift Store on Central Ave.

The Judy B. Goode & Paul Thomas Show is now scheduled for the first Sunday of every month on the balcony at Hamburger Mary’s. You just never what is going to happen at this show!!! This month there were Birthday celebrations for Tripp & Jessica complete with blow up dolls. thins real got hot when the College Cheer Leaders teams started to show up!!!

There is a beautiful woman we know who looks like Marilyn Monroe. She is a huge flirt and as far as we know has not worked in many years. Lived in a beautiful gated community near the beach. She always has at least one or two very well off rich boyfriends. She was dating a very young, handsome and rich software entrepreneur Juan. It was her birthday and Juan took her out for the night. Over the next couple days she called Juan many times and said, “The flowers, lobster dinner & cheap jewelry were nice, but I was really counting on something very special from you!”
After several calls like this Juan called her back and said, “I just left your home & left your big birthday gift there.” Delighted she called him back
“Is it parked in the drive way?” Juan replied, “No, it’s in your living room” Is it a big new HD TV with sound system I wanted?” Juan, “No!” “Then it must be the new painting from the art gallery I liked.” Juan “No it’s a perfect gift just for you!!!”
When she arrived home as she jumped out of the car the neighbors could hear her scream WTF!!!!
There in the living room in the center of the big front window……. Juan had a sleek shiny metal stripper pole installed!!! They broke up after that.
We like Juan’s style & wondered where he is today!!! LOL LOL
