Look at all that green outdoor carpet!!! It’s seems like yesterday but 21 years have gone by since the SunCoast Resort opened. MC Film Fest owned by Mark & Carrie was there from day 1 to the very last day in 2007. There are so many stories & crazy memories. Some day we will write a book about it all. 2007 was also a very lucky year for M&C. It was the year we op0ened our store in Ybor City. Mark & Carrie’s Tatar Tot Casserole LOL
We just love Facebook. Who would ever thing that a little post about Tatar Tot Casserole would get 150+ likes and so many comments? We were surprised how many people never had this Midwest comfort food. Here is the recipe. Enjoy!!!
Here is the basic recipe. Brown 1-pound hamburger. Drain and add salt, pepper, garlic powder. 1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not add water) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce. Mix and press into a baking dish. Top with Tatar Tots & dust top with paprika. Bake 375 for 30 – 45 minutes, until the tots are crispy. We add onions, mushrooms and a bag of frozen peas & carrots. You can add anything you like celery, cheese, veggies. We always make a double batch so there are left overs the next day.

You Just Can Not Make This Up
I have been bartending full and part time most of my adult life. The most annoying customers to me are young giggling girls!!! One day a girl in a trashy whore outfit, that she probably changed into in the car because her Mother wouldn’t let her leave the looking this bad, walks in… She asked excitedly if I could make her a “Green Alien Screaming Orgasm?” I smile and said “PUFF you’re a green alien now scream.” Giggle, Giggle I want it as a shot. I have one before and it totally F’d me up. I asked what’s in it. She doesn’t know but had one at the bar next doors. I said sorry have no idea what that is. (bartenders make up shots all the time) She then asks the predictable question “What do you know how to make!?!?!” With a BIG SMILE I tell her “I know how to make a “Whore Moan””. She asked what’s in it… I say “I just don’t pay her.” It just goes over her head. I then say just let me make something that will taste like Christmas in your mouth. She tries the shot and PUFF It’s the best shot her has ever had in her mouth. What’s it called??? I tell her a “Southern Cowboy C***sucker (Southern Comfort & Baily Cream).” Now you know why I go home laughing every night!!!

Hands down the BEST MEN’S ROOM in Ybor City is at The Crowbar!!! It is a combination of many talented artists. The art works all come together for a message of Unity, Diversity & Enjoying Life!!! The Crowbar is mainly popular for the live Performances. One time we saw a very strange circus act here. Later this group was on America’s Got Talent. There are many now famous groups who have also got their starts here. Besides being a Great Club with a Great Staff/Management & Owners they are the 1st to give back to our community.
