NEW affordable housing in Ybor! 🏘️ Today, we celebrated the completion of Casa Maceo, a project by three born and raised Tampa friends turned developers. We partnered with the Pittman Design Group, which was awarded funding from a state affordable housing program, enabling them to transform a vacant plot into a 10-unit affordable housing complex. These 2 and 3 bedroom apartments will serve those making up to 80% of the area median income (AMI) – for a family of four, that is roughly a household making $83,000. Partnerships like this are #TransformingTampa and part of our multi-pronged strategy to increase housing options for people at all income levels.

The Pumpkin Pie Martini everyone is talking about! CHEERS

Tito’s Handmade Vodka 2 oz

half & half ½ oz

canned pumpkin pie mix 1 tbsp

vanilla extract ⅛ tsp

cinnamon 1 dash

freshly grated nutmeg, garnish 1 sprinkle

crushed graham cracker, for the rim

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake and double strain into a graham-cracker-rimmed martini glass.

Garnish with a small amount of freshly grated nutmeg.
