PFLAG Tampa hosted the Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil in downtown Tampa. They share a connection with Jenny De Leon, one of 47 transgender and gender nonconforming individuals murdered this year. We have to do better.

It took a Village “YEARS” to prove we are worthy – had to get the “blessing” of Stormwater, ROW, Transportation, Barrio Latino, YCDC Staff, Wasterwater, Engineering, City Council to approve funds and so many more Departments and people to make this project finally a “REALITY”! We are so VERY grateful!
VIVA HISTORIC EAST YBOR CITY – we are finally “moving’ on UP”! Thank you, Muchas Gracias and Molto Grazie to ALL – December 2nd. can come soon enough!
We had a good tree guy. He has since moved away. We are so excited to have found an even better guy, Alex Harvey. Alex and his crew removed 6 trees from our home. Alex came in at a very fair price. His crew was very professional and fast. We give Alex 6 STARS. Get a quite from Alex for your next project. Tell him Mark & Carrie sent you. 813-593-5490

Carrie, John & Nancy attended the Grand Opening of Metro Inclusive Health’s new facility in Tampa and learned a lot from the strategically-placed employees in the facility. Anyone (gay, straight, cis, trans., etc) can avail themselves of their services which range from prevention to primary care to mental health. They pride themselves on offering services at minimal cost. Their Youth Center (the blue bungalo next door) is spacious and welcoming with indoor and outdoor spaces. The original building (The old German Club which you can see from I-4) has intriguing history, and the new addition fits in perfectly. Excited to have this new expanded facility in Tampa!
