Southern Nights Tampa was a major sponsor of Tampa Pride this year. Both in cash,  hosting events & community spirit there. This year after Tampa Pride they commented on how fantastic Pride was and how very hard everyone worked on Pride. Then, Southern Nights handed Tampa Pride an additional donation for $5,000. Joint Venture to Develop 108,554 SF Cold Storage Facility in Tampa’s Ybor City Neighborhood

The infill cold storage facility will be located less than three miles from Port Tampa.

From REBUSINESS ONLINE… TAMPA, FLA. — Sansone Group, Mandich Group and BentallGreenOak have formed a joint venture to develop and operate a new 108,554-square-foot cold storage facility in Tampa’s Ybor City neighborhood. The rail-served facility will be situated less than three miles from Port Tampa and the CSX Intermodal Tampa Terminal, as well as 12 miles from Tampa International Airport.

You Just Can Not Make This Up

Families are crazy no mater where you are in the world. A close friend of ours Mother passed away in America.  She was cremated and her ashes were mailed ahead to an Asian country. He then flew there. Upon arriving, he went to the post office and picked up her ashes. Then went over to his aunt’s home. She was not there so he went inside. Then called his aunt and said that he was here and had his Moms ashes with him.  His aunt yelled “WHAT YOU BROUGHT A DEAD PERSON INTO MY HOME!!!!! Get her out of there now!” He laughed and asked “Where should I take her?” The aunt said “Let her wait in the car outside!” LMAO A few days later they put her in a condominium with his Grandparents. I had to ask what is a condominium? He showed me a photo. It was a very nice monument in a graveyard with many small doors to put ashes in. We still laugh about “Waiting in the Car!!!” Family can always make you laugh.
