Plant City Florida

Who knew that Downtown Plant City was so much FUN! We all know about the Plant City strawberry festival, which starts next week https://www.facebook.com/FLStrawberryFestival/ . Some friends of our suggested we stop for lunch in Plant City. The downtown is very charming. Filled with public art, fun shops and dinning. We had lunch at the Whistle Stop. Our friends commented on how conservative the people were. I went up to pay and there was this big guy with a beard. He took one look at Tea Cup and said “Hey girl where are you working in Ybor?” LMAO For a fun day time date take the short ride to Plant City Downtown.

There is a new beer named after “The Ybor City Shoe Licker”. The release party will be in the now empty Hamburger Mary’s in Ybor City this Friday 3pm. Not sure how we feel about this. Read the whole story here.
