It’s official, Thursday, April 28 the document signing takes place where the 50,000 members and residents become the owners of the 120 acre Sawmill Resort. This will make Sawmill the FIRST Gay Co Op in America. Shareholders have purchased Sawmill from a straight business owner for $4.2 million. Sawmill owns two full liquor bars, food outlets, 106 permanent home sites, more than 270 accommodation offerings including Cabins, RV sites and electric and primative tenting.

Sawmill is now and will become one of Florida’s largest Gay Charity supporters as NOT FOR PROFIT. Sawmill also has a full SAWMILL CHARITIES 501c3 and combined in total efforts raises more than $100,000 a year for Charity!
