The City of Tampa has selected PMG Affordable to redevelop four blocks in Downtown Tampa including the Army-Navy Surplus Store. The concept plan calls for 1,150 residential units with 70% of those units at affordable/workforce AMI rents. The buildings will be activated by ground floor commercial space.
Based off the attached conceptual rendering the tallest building appears to top out at around 23 floors and the buildings stair step down as they approach I-275 to the north.
