A huge roaring crowd of volunteers, supporters and voters in the courtyard of Channelside welcomed Tampa’s newly elected Mayor Bob Buckhorn and the first family on stage!! In Mayor Elect Buckhorn’s acceptance speech he talked about building a new & better Tampa with the help of our very diverse community. Bob went on to thank everybody, including the Gay Community for all their help & support. We were honored to have Bob give a special shout out to Mark & Carrie!  The Tampa GLBT Community is very lucky to have Bob Buckhorn in office.  Mayoral contender Rose Ferlita is also a friend to the GLBT community.
